Shaykh Nadwi studied Islamic sciences at Darul-uloom Nadwatul Ulama, an Islamic institution in Lucknow, India and covered Shari’ah, Hadith and Fiqh, thereby accredited a muhaddith. He has authored over 25 books in Arabic in the Science of Hadith, Fiqh, Islamic biography and Arabic grammar and Syntax. Recently he has completed a 53-volume biographical work of the muhaddithat (female scholars of hadith) and regularly facilitates training courses on Islam. Shaykh Abdul Qayum Shaykh Abdul Qayum is amongst the foremost scholars in Britain and the Imam & Khatib of the East London Mosque where he leads the largest Friday congregation in the UK attended by city professionals addressing pertinent topics. He obtained a Degree and MA from Muhammad Ibn Saud University, Riyad and has lectured in Malaysia. With a background in Shariah, he is also a scholar in the Al-Qalam Contemporary Shariah Advice Panel, which provides British Imams and Muslims with authentic knowledge. He contributes on radio and is an expert adviser on Islam Channel. Shaykh Abdur Rahman Madani is a Bangladeshi Muslim scholar, public speaker and preacher. He is a graduate of the Islamic University of Madinah in Arabic Language & Islamic Studies and the Principal at the Jamiatul Ummah School. He has become a house-hold name to the British Muslim community for his popular Channel S show “Islam Essentials”. He is an Executive Member of Da’watul Islam UK & Eire, a community organisation that is actively engaged in spreading the word of Islam to people. Shaykh Ben Halima Abderraouf is of Tunisian origin. Being an Olympiad champion in mathematics, statistics, economics and an engineer, he devoted himself to Dawah since 1995. He is a hafiz of the Qur’an, and the founder of Al-Istissal, a pioneering Al-Ruqyah Al-Shari’ah institution with over 60 treatment centres across 20 countries, providing a framework for exchange, training and systematic organisation of Ruqyah globally – sharing principles, concepts and effective methods of Islamic healing. Shaykh Shafiur Rahman began his Islamic studies under notable scholars in Britain. He studied shari’ah at Ma’had al-Fath in Damascus and then travelled to Cairo to study at the prestigious Al-Azhar University.  He earned his scholarly licence (Alim degree) with a first class from Shaykh Muhammad Akram Nadwi at the al-Salam Institute, Oxford. He holds an MSc in Addictive Behaviour and a PG Dip. in Business Administration. His works and interests include research, writings and discussions that seek to synthesise classical and contemporary Islamic thought in human knowledge relevant to Muslims today.
