We are offering a special free delivery service for goods over £100. For smaller orders, the charges are below:

UK delivery

CD delivery within the UK costs £2 for the first CD and £1 for each additional item.  Items are sent by standard mail.

We can usually expect items sent by Standard Mail within the UK to arrive within 2 to 5 days from shipment. However, if after 14 days from the shipping date the parcel has not arrived, please contact us with confirmation of your shipping address.

European delivery

CD delivery to mainland Europe costs £3 for the first CD and £1.50 for each additional item.  Items are sent by courier.

We expect courier deliveries to reach most destinations within 6 days. All parcels require a signature on receipt, so if no one is present to take delivery, the courier will leave a calling card with their contact details. If you have not received your order within 8 working days of despatch, please ‘Contact Us’, and we will trace the package for you.

Worldwide Delivery

CD delivery to the rest of the world costs £4 for the first CD and £20 for each additional item.  Items are sent by airmail.

We expect Airmail deliveries to reach most destinations within 6 to 10 days. However, if after 21 days the parcel has not arrived, please contact us with confirmation of your shipping address.

If the details provided are all correct, we can declare the item lost and issue a replacement order to you.

Return Policy

Please note that we no longer offer an exchange service on unwanted items. If you should receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
